When you use a product, its nice to have frequent updates...fixes...features.
...but when you develop a product based on a framework, you expect the contrary...
When you build a house you would like to have the most stable foundation...but not the most complex one...the one that fulfils the needs...nothing more.
If you build a framework ... using scrum...than every iteration you deliver a product increment...something new...something better... a new foundation....
This process is good for you, as a framework developer...but for the users it creates a constant pressure to update...and with every update the chance of regression...but if you don't update...you fall behind.
Slow down...you are killing us.
